Too many educators are still saying or implying a qualification can guarantee career success.
This is an outdated concept.
Qualifications have diminishing importance in the grand scheme of things. There may be exceptions; but quantitatively this is true.
Learning on the other hand is still as important as ever.
Career success requires the person to develop four things:
1. Learning
2. Experience
3. Attitude
4. Networking
Get all four right and your chances to succeed greatly increase.
