The Dangers of Fake Education must be resisted .
In his new book "The Case Against Education" Bryan Caplan estimates 80% of education is about "signaling" and 20% relates to enhancing "human capital". He argues if this is the case can achieve the same outcomes with less investment in education.
He suggests that rampant "credential inflation" has taken place (reported in the Australian newspaper last week). What do you think?
